New Clients & Colour Services
If you are a new client, or have not visited the salon within the last 12 months, a colour consultation is required before booking any colour service.
Unfortunately, failure to book a consultation first will result in your colour appointment being cancelled.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the appointment being charged in full, unless we are able to fill the slot.
Missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged in full. This must be paid before any future bookings can be made.

Booking Fee
A small, non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from the total cost of your service when you attend.
