APPOINTMENT’S –
** If you are a new customer, or have not been to the salon in the last 12 months and would like to book a colour appointment you MUST book in for a colour consultation prior to booking any colour appointments. Unfortunately, if you do not book this your appointment will be cancelled! **
Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, if less than 48 hours is given a charge of 50% of your appointment will be charged unless we can fill your appointment with someone else.
If any appointment is not turned up to, you will be charged in FULL, this will need to be paid before any more appointments can be made.
You will be asked for a small non-refundable fee when booking your appointment. This will be redeemable against your appointment when you attend the salon.
Appointments are available to book 12 weeks in advance only - please add to the waitlist for anything outside of this time scale and you will be emailed when booking is available.
